Ethiopia’s youth face immense challenges: 41% of the population is under 15, yet literacy rates hover at just 68%, and secondary school enrollment is below 40%. Project Lily seeks to address these gaps by offering a vibrant space for children aged 4 to 18. This innovative library, constructed with Kubik’s modular recycled plastic bricks, will provide access to education, creativity, and community building—all while championing sustainable design. More than just a library, Project Lily is a symbol of hope and progress.
