Your deBoulle order will arrive securely via courier, requiring an adult's signature and ID upon delivery. Currently, we can't offer specific time slots, but you'll receive tracking details and estimated delivery dates via email. Delivery within the United States is complimentary. Items are discreetly packaged in branded deBoulle boxes with unmarked external packaging for security. If missed, deliveries can be rescheduled through our Ambassador or courier directly. You can also opt for in-store collection at our Dallas or Houston locations, where you or an authorized individual can pick up your order with proper identification and order confirmation.

Returns or exchanges of your online order can be made within 30 days, either by contacting a deBoulle Ambassador to arrange complimentary online collection or by visiting our Dallas or Houston stores. All returns and exchanges require items to pass a quality control inspection, and refunds typically appear within 10 business days. Customized, bespoke, engraved, or preowned timepieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift recipients may return or exchange items, though refunds will be credited to the original purchaser. Items must be unworn, pristine, and include original packaging and certificates.
