If your order is successful, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order.

Status updates regarding your order will be sent to your email. If you have not received an email, please note that order confirmation emails may be caught in a spam folder. We recommend searching all folders with your order number to see if your email may be there.

Orders under $100,00 will be shipped via FedEx through Malca-Amit. Orders over $100,000 may be sent with an alternative carrier. Please contact a deBoulle Ambassador for accurate delivery information on these orders.

Yes. You may accompany your purchase with a personalized message. Please select “this order is a gift” at checkout to add your message.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact a deBoulle Ambassador with your order number for assistance. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to modify or cancel it. We will however be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

We will be delighted to advise you over the phone. To ensure maximum security, however, the purchase cannot be made over the phone and must be made through the website, or a secure payment link. A deBoulle Ambassador will be happy to talk you through this process, you can contact them here.

For the United States, sales tax will be added to the price at checkout depending on the state of delivery.

If you would like to request a VAT invoice, please contact a deBoulle Ambassador who will support you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to apply a discount to orders.

We accept all major card payments and Apple Pay. You may also choose to pay by bank transfer. Please contact a deBoulle Ambassador for details.

Many of our creations are unable to have set prices listed on our site, including solitaire pieces and high jewelry items. For solitaire rings, a creation's value will depend on the unique characteristics of the stones.

DELIVERY

Your deBoulle pieces will be sent via a secure courier service. A signature will be required upon delivery.

We are working hard to ensure we can improve our client service every day. However, currently we are not able to facilitate time slot delivery.

deBoulle offers complimentary delivery service within the United States.

Expected delivery is calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive the tracking details via email. Your expected delivery date will be on your order confirmation email. If for any reason there is a delay to your order our client services team will contact you via email. If you have any queries please contact a deBoulle Ambassador for assistance.

Any adult recipient at the shipping address can sign for delivery. They will need to provide their full name, ID and signature.

Your deBoulle jewelry will be presented in a deBoulle box with our signature ribbon. For peace of mind, the external packaging that your order is delivered in does not include any branding.

Please contact a deBoulle Ambassador to facilitate a redelivery. Alternatively, you may contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery on a day that is more suitable for you.

Please note that for security purposes the delivery address of your order cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.

We will be delighted to welcome you to one of our stores to collect your online order. Simply select “try on in-store” during your checkout. You can schedule a time and date to try on your item and you will receive an email confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID upon collection. Our stores are in Dallas and Houston, Texas.

If you would like someone to collect your order on your behalf, please contact a deBoulle Ambassador  stating your order number and the name of the person collecting. For security, the nominated person must present a copy of your order confirmation and their valid photo ID upon collection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Through our online store: If you have made a purchase through our online store, please feel free to contact a deBoulle Ambassador within 30 days of receiving your order. All items returned will need to pass a mandatory quality control process, after which you will receive a notification that your return has been granted. Depending on your original method of payment, it may take up to 10 working days before the refund is credited back to your account.

In-Store: If you have made a purchase through our online store, you may choose to return your order at your local store within 30 days of receiving your order. The deBoulle Ambassador assisting you in-store will send a confirmation email to you advising that they have taken possession of the item. All items returned will need to pass a mandatory quality control process, after which you will receive a notification that your return has been granted. Depending on your original method of payment, it may take up to 10 working days before the refund is credited back to your account.

Preowned timepieces are non-returnable and not available for exchanges.

Through our online store: If you have made a purchase through our online store, please feel free to contact a deBoulle Ambassador within 30 days of receiving your order. They will help you arrange a complimentary collection and to support you with the exchange process. The returned item(s) will then need to pass a mandatory quality control process before your exchange will be processed and we will send you the replacement item(s).

In-store: You have 30 days and can exchange your item in our stores; located in Dallas or Houston, Texas.

Note:

We ask that all items be returned to us unworn, in pristine condition, and in the original packaging, along with all GIA and deBoulle certificates provided at the time of purchase.

Our return policy does not apply to bespoke, customized or engraved products. If you are buying a product as a gift or are unsure of the size, we recommend that any engraving is only arranged once the product has been gifted or the size confirmed for this reason.

You may exchange or return an item that was purchased and gifted to you using our return and exchange methods. Please note that any refunded amount, including any remaining balance in the case of an exchange, will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser.

Once we have received your piece for refund it will go through a quality check process. Upon completion, your refund will be processed. While some payment providers vary, you can expect your refund to be visible on your statement within 10 business days of receipt.

SIZING

If you plan on purchasing a ring as a surprise, we recommend contacting a deBoulle Ambassador to request a complimentary ring sizer. Follow the instructions to measure the recipient's ring size based on an existing ring.

Please note that our ring sizer acts as a guide and is not as accurate as being measured in person. If the size is not quite right once you receive your ring, your deBoulle Ambassador will be happy to assist. We can either offer an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, or complimentary re-sizing service within the first three months of purchase.

Note: While many of our rings can be resized there are some where it is impossible to resize. Please check the product page for advice on resizing or contact our client services team who can advise.

It takes up to 2 weeks for the adjustment service to be completed. Please note that lead time may vary, depending on the complexity of the work required.

You do not need an appointment. Please visit any of our stores at a time most suitable for you. However, requesting an appointment with a deBoulle Ambassador will guarantee a perfectly tailored service free from interruptions. YOUR ACCOUNT

By creating a deBoulle online account, you will be able to keep a record of your order history, Wishlist, favorites, and contact details. You also have the option to sign up for our emails and newsletter. However, setting up an account is not a requirement for placing an order.

Yes. You can save and share your deBoulle Wishlist once you’ve created an online account.

Click on the forgotten password link on the login page and enter the email address used to set up the account. You will then receive an email to support resetting your password.
