Returns or exchanges of your online order can be made within 30 days, either by contacting a deBoulle Ambassador to arrange complimentary online collection or by visiting our Dallas or Houston stores. All returns and exchanges require items to pass a quality control inspection, and refunds typically appear within 10 business days. Customized, bespoke, engraved, or preowned timepieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift recipients may return or exchange items, though refunds will be credited to the original purchaser. Items must be unworn, pristine, and include original packaging and certificates.
